Hi everybody,
I've noticed recently that, despite the fact our association is using a valid and paid Adobe account, we were unable to edit PDF-files in Abode Acrobat Reader DC. According to the PC we are using a free trial version, but we are not. Does anyone have an idea what the problem might be?
Thank you in advance,

I am confused by some aspects of your question, so can I please ask you to clarify some points.

Adobe have many products and services. Please tell us the exact name of what you have subscribed to. Check your account details or receipt.
> we were unable to edit PDF-files in Abode Acrobat Reader DC.
That's correct. Nobody can edit PDF files with Acrobat Reader. You need to use Acrobat, either Acrobat Standard or Acrobat Pro.
> According to the PC we are using a free trial version, but we are not.
Well, this is more confusing as Acrobat Reader does not have a free trial version at all, it is just free. Acrobat Pro has a free trial, and reverts to trial if the subscription expires. What message do you see, and what are you really running?

Please answer all the questions and clarify all the points. Thanks!
