A short while ago when we would email a pdf attachment when we clicked on the email icon it would immediately bring up the email to input the email address. Now, when we click on it we have to click on two extra steps. Does anybody know of a way to eliminate these two steps and when we click on the email icon it will immediately bring up the email ti input the address and send the email?

None of our users liked having to go through the extra click steps just to attach to email. Of course they complain to the IT folks.
I understand introducing new features but this should be a preference setting users can choose.
