Embedded font error on Acrobat Reader DC

Dear team, i am getting a error on my system, " Cannot Extract the embedded font '202055E37ec ThorndaleDuospaceWTSC. Some characters may not display or print correctly." I am using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC (Continuous Release | Version 2018.009.20044) .

i am trying to download font & new version but it always saying newer version has already installed.

please help me i am unable to open file receive from HSBC Bank.

i also tried help from below link but no succeed.

This is likely an issue with the file; downloading a font will never help. It might be a software issue, but that isn’t very likely. No need to download a new version. Use Help > Check for updates.

Thanks for reply, i have tried the same but no succeed. i am getting below error while updating my acrobat dc.
