emoji not visualized in adobe reader

New Here ,
Aug 15, 2018 Aug 15, 2018

Hi I have a .pdf generated by export from Articulate 360 Rise. It  contains emoji characters that give error on pdf page and results in blank content. My colleague elsewhere with a different version of Adobe can see the emoji and the content of the accordion.

So there is a visualization issue depending on with version of Adobe and probably libraries.

Does anyone know how to fix that?

Thank you

this is a link to the pdf

Hi,

Here the screenshot of what there should be in the pdf. When I extract the pdf from articulate 360 Rise, I should be able to visualize the content of this accordion. I do whenever the titles of the accordion are normal text. When I have emojii like the ones you see below, the pdf gives me error and the content of the accordion is blank. (as the pdf I attached before)

My version of adobe is: 17.11.30096.290042

I do not know which is my colleagues' version, they are not in my organization.

Thanks for your help and support!
