I'm working on an instructional video with our product and Adobe Acrobat Reader. I downloaded and installed the current version 2023.006.20320. It defaulted to the new version and that's what I used.
My coworker was looking over the video and he said that his Reader (just installed on a fresh machine) looked completely different. The difference was the new version of course. But he didn't have the option to turn it on. He's also using version 2023.006.20320.

Hello I am using Adobe Acrobat pro version 2023.008.20458(64 Bit) I installed it today and found no option to Enable new adobe acrobat in view menu. The surpising thing is that when I used the normal Adobe reader the new version was available but in pro no such option is showing. I tried to Add a registry key EnableAv2 and set to 1 but no use. I did not edit any prefrence or add any 3rd party plugins by myself. Still no option is available. I tried to search on net the whole day but still in vain. I know it is not available for all users but please HELP me with this.
Thanks in Advance

Hi there
Please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.htm and check if that helps.
