Epson Scanner Problem

Hello - I have an Epson V330 Photo scanner on my laptop running Windows 10. I can no longer scan to pdf's, but can still scan to jpg. This seem to happen after a big update by Adobe. I have been in contact with Epson and have tried everything they suggested. Epson have now given and said I should contact Adobe. Does any one have a problem like this? Could it be the update or has my scanner gone wonky? Any help that will save me buying a new scanner please.

Acrobat Reader can't scan documents. Look at the settings of the Epson scanning software.
