Erro em impressão de PDF assinado

Olá

Não sei se alguém já viu isso:

Temos documentos assinados digitalmente (PDF) que ao serem impressos, fazem com que a impressora (Lexmark x656) reinicie por erro de firmware. Mas com outro leitor de PDF a impressão ocorre normalmente.

Qualquer ajuda é bem vinda.

Hi Gustavo,

Sorry for the delay in response.

When you click on Print, from the print dialog box click on the "Advanced" button after you choose your printer to print with from drop-down menu and from there, check the option "Print As Image". Let us know if that helps.

If you already have found a solution to this problem, please update this thread with your findings that will help other users.
