Hi,
When we are trying to open multiple documents from our application, we are getting the below error.
This type of error is very frequent for all the users and a bit critical. so do we have any known issues with this or do we have any troubleshooting options?

We're sorry for the trouble you had with Adobe Reader, please sign out from Adobe Reader and reboot the machine. Launch Adobe Reader and sign back in and check for any pending updates of Adobe Reader from help>check for updates, reboot the machine after updating Adobe Reader and check.
Reset the Adobe Reader's Preferences once and reboot the machine, to reset the preferences, refer to How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default.
If the issue persists, use Acrobat cleaner tool to remove Adobe Reader Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs
Reboot the machine and install Adobe Reader back from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution
What is the version of the OS installed?

Thanks for a quick response. We shared the troubleshooting steps with the client, they are trying it.
But the issue is in Adobe Acrobat DC (Stand-alone) not reader. OS is Windows 10 1703 version. Please let us know if there is anything else we can try.
