Error 103 with version 2021.007.20099

We continue to have issues opening up PDF documents - we receive the error 103 code and the image will not render.

We have followed the previous suggestions of making sure the "Enable Protected Mode at startup" is unchecked. All versions have been updated to the most current which is 2021.007.20099.

Anyone else have these issues too?
