I have a file that was saved to PDF (not printed to, saved to) with Notes showing by a coworker who does not have Adobe Pro. The file saved fine and the notes were visible. However, we cannot then convert the file to Word, cannot save a copy of it, cannot manipulate the pages (within Pro) - basically, cannot do anything with the PDF without getting a 110 error.
We tried other PPT files and have no issues - just this one particular file.
Does anyone have any ideas how to "fix" the file? Is it something with PPT, Adobe, or the conversion?
As its an issue with a particular PDF file, there is;t much that we can do, please go to Edit (Win), Adobe Acrobat (Mac) > Preferences > Enhanced Security > Uncheck 'Enable Protected mode at startup', turn off the protected mode and uncheck enhanced Security > Click OK and reboot the computer once.
Note: Please turn on the security after testing to avoid any security risk.
