Error 1325.Documents is not a valid short file name.

We get automatic updates and everytime that I click ok this above error appears. I try uninstalling Adobe Reader XI (11.08.08) and I come up with this same error. I can not uninstall or update. How do we fix this?

You can try using this tool to first remove all traces of Reader from your computer:

http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html

Then, you can download the full offline Reader installer from

http://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/

After downloading, restart your computer and run the installer before doing anything else.
