Error AdobeCollabSync.exe with Acrobat Reader DC 19.010.20069

Hello,

I have a problem with Adobe Reader DC 19.010.20069 including Adobe PDF Pack on a Windows 2012R2 RDS server.

When a user open a PDF, Adobe reader connect to my account and i get this error message few seconds after Adobe Reader is connected to my account :

this error message open three times and i'm forced to close it and the PDF works again...

Can you give me a solution ?
