Error Code (0xc0000022)

I get this error whenever I open a pdf with Adobe Reader DC,.  Sometimes the file opens and other times it flashes open and closes quickly.  The files that open I am unable to print them.

I followed the instructions I saw to check permissions with no change, I deleted and re-downloaded it and still getting the error message

    Thanks for sharing the troubleshooting steps you followed. As you have already checked the permission and uninstalled-reinstalled the application.

    In that case you may refer to the help document Application unable to Start correctly Error: 0xc0000022 || 0x00000022  and follow the troubleshooting steps suggested in that.

    Let us know if it still doesn't work.

    Hi Lee,

    I apologize for the delay in response.

    I assume that you have followed all the steps recommended in the help document shared above?

    Run the repair for the of Microsoft visual C++ 2013 Redistributable(x64&x86) and try again.

             - To repair: Go to > Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Programs and Features > Visual C++ Redistributable 2013 (right click and repair)

    As its still not working, so you may create a hidden administrator account on computer and check in that.

    It worked for a while yesterday yesterday but today I am getting the error again.
