Error interno seguido de error reload

Hola buenos dias, es la primera ves que instalo adobe en este pc y al intentar ver la pre visualizacion en el gestor de archivos me lanza error interno seguido de "la instruccion en 0x00000006A2c66c0 hace refereencia a la memoria en 0x fff... La memoria no se pudo read" y genera conflicto con word.

uso windows 11 y word 365

Have you tried the troubleshooting steps given here in this link: Fix Windows errors that occur during Acrobat Reader update (adobe.com)

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information: 

1. Is it specific to a file or all files in general;

2. The version number of Acrobat installed.

Please try the below steps if the above doesn't help:

Run the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html, reboot the computer once, and install the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html and see if that works for you.

El problema sigue ocurriendo al desinstalar con el cleaner y reinstalarlo, siguiendo otro hilo habilite la funcion de comtabilidad en el archivo .exe y dejo de salir error interno , pero no muestra las previsualizaciones de los archivos y en preferencias de la aplicacion no se deeja habilitar.

el error ocurre con todos los archivos pdf y tengo la ultima actualizacion instalada.
