Error Message: Export a PDF is getting installed

Windows 11 Pro

Desktop

 

When trying to "export pdf to word doc." receive error message "Export a PDF is getting installed. Please wait to use this tool."

 

I have tried to

close/open app

restart desktop

End all Adobe Tasks in Control Panel.
