Error Message for PDF

Question

I have a PDF of a textbook and the images will not load. I get the message "insufficient data for an image" when I get to the first one and then can't see any of the other images. I have tried the troubleshooting when I clicked "learn more" but nothing fixes it. Can anyone provide me some assistance?

Please confirm the exact version of Adobe application and OS you are working with?

A similar error has been addressed in this help artcile https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/insufficient-data-image.html try the troubleshooting steps suggested to fix it.
