Error message, won’t print

Error says "TypeError: service is undefined" I click my coupon to print like I always do, it freezes a bit, shows the pinwheel, and then the error shows up and the page is blank. I've uninstalled and installed multiple times. Never had issues with this until today. I own a Mac.

To understand the issue better, please share the following details with us.

1. Open Acrobat>help>About Acrobat (Win) and click on Adobe Acrobat>About Adobe Acrobat (Mac)
2. ensure you have the recent version 22.002.20212 installed. To check the update, Go to Acrobat> Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once (you must save all the work before restarting)
3. To download the patch manually, more information about this release is here: Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader
4. Please share the screenshot of the error.
5. Also, check with a different pdf file and see if that helps.
