Error: "Adobe Acrobat DC does not allow connection to: es.netteller.com."

When logging into my bank account pdf I receive a message that "Adobe Acrobat DC does not allow connection to: es.netteller.com." I just began using a new computer and it worked fine on my old computer. Any suggestions?
