Bonjour,Nous avons très régulièrement mais de façon aléatoire l'erreur : suivante sous Adobe Acrobat Reader DC 18.011.20040RdrCEF.exe - Point d'entrée introuvableLe point d'entrée de la procédure SymSetSearchParhW est introuvable dans la bibliothèque de liens dynamiques "C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat Reader DC\Reader\AcroCEF\libcef.dll"La réinstallation du logiciel ne corrige pas le problème.Que pouvons-nous faire à ce sujet?

Hello Fabriced,We apologize for the inconvenience caused, try resetting the Adobe Reader's Preferences once and reboot the machine, to reset the Preferences, refer to the steps mentioned in the article How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default. You can also refer to the Adobe discussion and follow the suggestions which are marked "Helpful", as the suggestions have fixed the issue for some user RdrCEF.exe Application error when opening Reader If the issue persists, please use Acrobat cleaner tool to remove Adobe Reader Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs Reboot the machine and install Adobe Reader from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution If you still experience the issue, please share the following details so that we can assist you in a better manner:Platform/OS Information.Reader DC Version.Provide exact steps when seeing the error.Screenshot of the error.Screenshot of the Task manager, make sure RdrCEF.exe is shown in the screenshot.Any security software installed and version?Let us know how it goes and share your findings.Regards,Anand Sri.
