When I tried to sign in Adobe Reader with my new account, I got error as below

I went to account management and subscribed Adobe Document Cloud and also Adobe Reader Pro trial, still cannot sign in Reader while I can sign into Creative Cloud.
I have another account which also didn't subscribe any paid service, but that one can sign in.
Please advice how can I resolve this issue.

Sorry for the delay in response.
There is nothing like Adobe Reader free trial.
Adobe Reader is a free service that you can use even without signing in to the application.
It seems that you have registered for the Adobe Acrobat DC trial service.
If you are still experiencing the issue, please share the email address with which you are experiencing the issue.
