I'm currently on DC Version 2017  and whenever I activate read out loud, I get the following error. "IDC_Invalid_Access_Err". I tried doing a google search and searching this forum for the answer and i am receiving zero results, so I have nowhere to begin to troubleshoot. Seriously zero results on google, I don't believe that has ever happened to me before.

Hi Podgida,

As per the description mentioned, you are receiving IDC_invalid_access_ err when trying to activate read out loud in Acrobat Reader, is that correct?

Try troubleshooting steps given below:

Locate Reader's shortcut on the desktop>right-click>Run as administrator, try activating Read out loud then and see if that works.

Also, check if an update is available for Reader, under Help menu, select "Check for Updates".

Could you share Acrobat/ Reader version installed on the machine: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

And, the operating system installed on the machine?

Thank You,

Shivam
