Error when launching Acrobat Reader

Upon loading Adobe Acrobat Reader I get the folowing errors

Error 1 - there was an error during initilization.Failed to load and Application resource (Internal error)

Depress the OK tab 10 times the Adobe Acrobat Reader opens with the same erroe above. Depress the OK button again for 8 times. then I was able to open a PDF file to edit. but the same error above shows up again.Depress the OK button again for 34 times, and this time the PDF file was abel to oped for editing.

Why and how to resolve this issue.

I have tries going to the help file and click on "Repair Installation" it seems to run for about 48 minutes. same problem occur, tried clicking the update, but it return with no update pending.

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are receiving errors when launching Acrobat Reader, is that correct?

Could you try removing Reader using cleaner tool found here: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs , restart the computer and then reinstall Reader from here - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions and try again.

IMPORTANT:

CLEANER TOOL IS NOT FOR USE WITH ANY CREATIVE SUITE PRODUCTS INCLUDING SUITES THAT CONTAIN ACROBAT. IT CAN ONLY

CLEANER TOOL IS NOT FOR USE WITH ANY CREATIVE SUITE PRODUCTS INCLUDING SUITES THAT CONTAIN ACROBAT. IT CAN ONLY BE USED WITH STANDALONE VERSIONS OF ACROBAT AND ADOBE READER.
