every pdf file covered with black square grids

Every pdf file from any source when I open it and click with the hand tool will be covered with this grid square boxes , when i press tab ir goes away and comes back when i click anywhere. pretty much tried every prefernce from the edit but no luck.

Everytime I try to log in it wouldn't let me and part of it was cut off so idk what to do
