Hi! Thanks for the add.

Using MS Excel, I've created a macro to generate customer invoices, print them to PDF, and attach to Emails. It works fine for me an another user. However, when a third user runs the macro, the resulting PDFs get an error if you try to open them. (see below)  We're all using the same Excel file, and there are no network read/write issues. The PDFs are created, they just cannot be opened, even by the user whe created them. We're all on Office 365, but since we're remote, we all have differnet network connectivity. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @Scott26929279v0y1

Sorry for the delay in addressing your question .

The PDF was created using Microsoft's inbuilt PDF creator, "Print to PDF," as Acrobat wasn't used to convert the Excel file to PDF. MS pdf creator has its mechanism, and we don't have a hold on it.

The error message shows that there's likely a chance the created PDF is corrupted. That is the reason Acrobat Reader hasn't been able to open it.

Go through this help article and see if the suggestion provided works: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/pdf-error-1015-11001-update.html

Thanks,

Akanchha
