I have been having this error for some time now and just decided to troubleshoot it today. I uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Reader and even used the Clean-Up Tool recommended for another error I found on this site. Nothing has worked. I am very frustrated and with my subscription cannot get phone customer service. I will be following this thread in hopes that someone has an answer for us!

Seems there is a massive outage of AWS. I guess adobe may be running on AWS? Amazon AWS S3 outage is breaking things for a lot of websites and apps | TechCrunch
