Export PDF to MS Word failed

Uusally I open an Adobe PDF attachment from a client, click on EXPORT PDF and am prompted to convert to MS Word file. Today the EXPORT does nothing - no prompts to convert. The up-down arrow to the right just toggles up & down. Please advise.

    Hi Megf,

     

    Thank you for reaching out. As described above, you are unable to export the PDF to Word, correct?

     

    Would you mind sharing some more information:

    • What is the workflow/ steps you are doing to export the PDF?
    • Are you using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC to export the PDF to Word? If yes, make sure that you are logged into the application with your Adobe ID (Email used for Adobe Subscription)
    • Do you get any error message/code while exporting the file?
    • Is this a behavior with a particular file or with any file you try to export?

     

    Please try to download the file locally to your computer and try to export, also try with a different file and share your observation.

     

    Alternately, you may export the PDF to Word online -https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/
