Exporting a PDF and viewing

For some reason when I export an InDesign file as an interactive PDF it displays the pages as one connected file even though I ask to view it in two page view.

It used to fill the page with the two pages only when I asked for two page disply and now it displays the two pages plus a third page no matter what I do.

I do not know what has changed or if this in an InDesign problem or an Adobe Reader Pro problem.

Could you share the screenshot of the file before exporting the file and after exporting it?

Also, share the workflow that you follow to create the PDF file?
