Exporting a pdf file to Excel-language

After exporting pdf file to excel and I've correctly selected English as the language, I am still getting NOT English.  PLEASE HELP!!!

Please share a screenshot of what you see when you export the file to Excel.

Also, please mention if it happens with all the files or a particular file and the operating system version you are using.
