EXTRACT QUESTION

i have 2 workers, both have same model and windows version, same adobe version also.  one of the workers when she goes to extract from the organize pages screen and selects extract pages as seperate files and when she hits extract a large desination box pops up which is great, the other employee when she does the same thing a SMALL box pops up and instead of destination folder its saying browse location.. and looks totally different.  any ideas why?
