Hello,
everytime I extract the pdf page and go to file save as. The box is blank and will not allow me to save it.. Please help!

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.
Please try the following steps and see if that helps:
Go to Edit (Win), Adobe Acrobat (Mac) > Preferences > General > Uncheck 'Show online storage when saving file' and 'show online storage when opening file' > click OK and reboot the application.
