Hola, tengo un problema cada vez que intento subrayar el pdf de un documento escaneado,me aparece un circulo como herramienta de selección, pero a medida que sigo subrayando el programa falla y se cierra, me podrían ayudar a corregir este error

Hi Ximenag,

Based on the above mentioned description, Reader closes itself when trying to highlight a scanned pdf, is that correct?

Please try following troubleshooting steps:

1- Assuming you have Adobe Reader installed on the machine, check if an update is available for Reader. Launch Reader > Help > Check for Updates.

2- Launch Reader as an administrator - Run an Adobe program as administrator | Windows 7, Vista

3- If that doesn't work, click Repair Installation under Help menu. Reboot the machine after and try again.

Could you let us know the dot version of Reader installed on the machine: Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC

And, the operating system running on the machine- Mac/Windows?

Hello I have the same issue. However, In my case Acrobat Reader hang up after some time of underline texts or scanned texts so I have to end the task using windows 's task manager.

I got the ARearer versión 2018.009.20050 and Windows 10 versión 1709

Try the troubleshooting steps given below:

1- Remove Reader using Cleaner tool: Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

2- Reboot the machine.

3- Install Acrobat Reader from here: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Install for all versions

4- Reboot the machine and try again.
