When I pdf a word file it generates a random faint wobbly straight line across the pdf pages. Does anyone know to stop this?

How are you converting the file? Can you post a screenshot of this "faint line"?

Hi, sorry for the long delay in getting back.  It is when I export a MS-Word document to PDF.  Below is a screenshot.  The line appears on all pages...

Very strange. How are you converting the file, exactly? Can you share a sample file with us?

Hi - I can send an example ms-word file which I convert to PDF via the Adobe tools or through MS-Word Export key, along with the PDF output file but I am not sure how.  The PDF doc always shows the line on every page except for the report cover and contents page.

Use Dropbox, Google Drive, Adobe DC, etc.

I have uploaded it to dropbox.  Here is the link.  I am no expert on sharing files, so hopefully it works....https://www.dropbox.com/home/Adobe%20Faint%20Line

Thx

No, that doesn't work. After uploading the file click the ellipsis icon next to it and select Share, then click on Copy Link and post that link here.

Hi, I think I have sorted the faint line issue. Rather than PDF, it appears to be MS-Office report template that is the problem.  Thanks for your help with this.
