Fehler beim Öffnen seit 2018.011.20036: Es ist ein Grafikfehler aufgetreten

Hallo,

Seit dem neusten Update lassen sich bestimmte PDF-Dateien nicht mehr korrekt öffnen.

Es kommt beim Öffnen die Meldung: Es ist ein Grafikfehler aufgetreten

    Hi Joachim,

    We apologize for the delay in response to your last message.

    Adobe Acrobat and Reader official update containing the fix for this issue is now available. This update will be automatically pushed to all existing installations of Acrobat and Reader. If you want, you may also manually trigger the update by opening the application and going to Help > Check for Updates.

    Hi Joachimw,

    Thanks for reporting the issue to us and sorry to hear the inconvenience caused after updating the application. 

    Would you please check with any other file to test whether that is working fine or not? Also, the problematic files you are referring to is that file contain graphics or just a normal pdf with texts?

    Please share a sample file to us, as we would like to test the same at our end.
