Beim Öffnen eines PDF erscheint folgende Fehlermeldung:

Die Abmessungen dieser Seite liegen ausserhalb des zulässigen Wertebereichs. Bestimmte^Seiteninhalte werden unter Umständen nicht angezeigt.

Der Zoom ist auf 6400% angezeigt.

Hi Emma,

As per the error message, it seems to be the file specific issue.

It seems that one of the pages in PDF or the PDF dimension is more than the permissible value range of the application.

However, I cannot be sure about if this is the reason for this as I do not have the PDF with me.

If you can share the PDF with us we can check it on our end.

You can share the file using the steps mentioned here How to share a file using Adobe Document Cloud

If you have Adobe Acrobat DC, please try to run the preflight tool.

Launch PDF in Acrobat DC and go to Tools > Optimize PDF > Preflight > PDF analysis > Report PDF syntax issues.

Check if that makes any difference.
