I've downloaded the same form to check it (from two different sources) and, outside of a javascript warning, the file seems fine in Win10 (I don't have Win11).

Try open it in a browser, and if it looks fine, then there's definitely an issue with your Acrobat in Win11.

e.g. if you upgraded to 11 with Acrobat already in place, maybe something in the upgrade broke your install, in which case you may have to uninstall and reinstall Acrobat.

I found no others reporting a similar issue, so I have nothing else to offer.

Thanks, I have updated and installed my Adobe Acrobat and have followed guidance from another source. However it is still the same, I tried downloading on my iMac as said and it is also not working. I'll try on an older windows version.

 Cheers

Hi James,

A couple of quick questions: what happens when you download PDFs from other sites? Do you have another computer (tablet or phone) you can download from and see how that works? If not, do you have a friend who can download it for you? Do you have an alternate application on your computer you can try opening up this PDF?

My direction here is that I want to know if there's something wrong with PDFs from this site; if something is wrong with the way your computer is dealing with PDFs in general, etc. Or is it Acrobat?

All we know is that the version of Acrobat you have on your computer is having problems with this PDF downloaded from this source.

Hi,

I can edit the PDF on the browser but when I download to my Laptop it is
corrupted. This is the same for my desktop.

I have been able to fill in online and then download to laptop but as I
do, the file then becomes unreadable. I've tried on my windows machine and
my iMac, it says to download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat which I
already have installed.

Cheers
