Dear all
I have recently upgraded my Macbook Air. It is running on Ventura.
My Acrobat Pro gives me the following error message on all pdf files stored on Onedrive"Adobe Acrobat could not open [name of file] because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded)."
I have reinstalled Acrobat Pro and the problem persists. I am not very technical, but would really appreciate some guidance on how I can fix this issue as I need to access these files?

I hope you're doing great, and sorry for the trouble.
As discussed above, you're getting the error while opening the files stored in OneDrive.
Try saving your files locally on Mac and check if that works.
Also, check all the files are of the ".pdf" extension.
Make sure that the application is updated to its latest version.

Thank you for the response. I have tried this and it did not work unfortunately. All extensions are .pdf and I have the latest version of all apps. I will try the call centre and see whether they have any other ideas for me.

Check to make sure your upgrade to Ventura did not reset full disk access privileges. System Preferences > Security & Preferences > Full Disk Access. Acrobat (and all your other Adobe apps) should be listed there and checked.
