FileOpen Plugin For Adobe

Good evening everyone

I have a question about FileOpen Plugin. I received an encrypted document from a friend of mine which can be read with the FileOpen software because it had some problems installing. I downloaded and installed this program on my pc (windows) and now I can read the pdf correctly. With a little patience I installed the same program on my friend PC (max) because he needed to read the pdf on his pc. Unfortunately there is some problem with the user. When I tried to open it, a window pops up saying the file has been admitted to another user or something similar. Is it possible to solve this type of problem? If possible, I would like to remove my privileges on this file and let a friend of mine open and read this document without any problems.
