fill and sign can't place text box

When I use fill and sign and I try to click on my document to enter the text box, it often changes to the cursor. I have to move the cursor around a lot until it finds a place that it will let me enter the text box, and then drag the text box to where I want it. A friend of mine told me she is having the same problem. This only happens on my PC. I have no problems on my macbook.

    Thanks for reporting this to us.

    It would be great if you can share the screen-recording of this behavior. It would be better and easier to understand whats happening on your end. 

    • Also, share the version of Acrobat Reader you are working on? Open Reader>Menu>Help>About Acrobat Reader
    • A version of OS and check if you have this issue on a different file as well.
    • Close the application completely of even restart your system and try again.

    Hi Bo have this problem with all documents and so does my friend. We both have the most updated versions of windows and Adobe. . I don't have this problem on my Mac. I don't think I can show the problem in a screen shot. I'm fill and sign, I can't place the text box where I want in so I have to place it elsewhere and drag it to where I want it. It seems like afobe thinks there's already something there.
