Fill and Sign More Options Add Files From Computer

I am unable to add additional files from my computer using AdobeSign through Adobe Reader. Note, its only when I select "More Options" first then try to add additional files. The blue button for "Choose Files from My Computer" doesnt do anything. It does allow adding of templates. 

Ive tried: Logging out and back into Adobe in Adobe Reader. Uninstalling and reinstalling, then logging in.
