When I go on click and sign in Adobe Acrobat Reader DC, it won't let me click on "sign yourself" or "request signature. Both phrases are light grey, rather than black, and can't be clicked on. It won't let me click on any of the boxes I need to sign. My preferences are set so that I can sign forms. What should I do?
