FILL AND SIGN SIDEBAR STOPPED SHOWING IN PDF EMAIL DOWNLOADS

FILL AND SIGN BAR ON RIGHT NOT SHOWING WHEN I DOWNLOAD PDF DOCUMENT FROM MY EMAIL

I was always able to open my PDF documents from my email on chrome with the Fill and sign icon on the right. I did not have to save them on the computer first. Suddenly the documents do not show the fill and sign bar on the right. Not sure what happened. i did have to quit chrome and reopen chrome. Not sure if that caused this change. 

I would appreciate help so i can see the bar with fill ans sign on the right when i open a PDF document from my email. I am using the Macbook pro with Big Sur OS.
