Fill and Sign won't open

When I open a pdf and click on "Fill & Sign", it does not open document and allow me to edit that document anymore. "My Profile" comes up instead and I can only return to Reader, which doesn't allow me to edit.  This is a new problem that just started last week, no other computer issues seem to have caused it. I also am up to date on newest version using mac (2018.011.20063). Any ideas?

    Ok, thanks for the quick response. The reboot & the patch did not work. I had to download Acrobat Cleaner Tool to remove app, then reinstalled Acrobat Reader DC and fill and sign works again. No idea why it happened all the sudden but it is fixed now.

    Hello Tomw,

    We're sorry for the trouble you had, please reboot the machine once and install the latest patch available of Acrobat/Reader 19.010.20064 from help menu>check for updates, reboot the machine again and then check.

    You may also install the latest patch from  DC Release Notes — Release Notes for Acrobat DC Products

    Make sure that you have completed the Fill&Sign profile. Try signing the PDF file using the URL Adobe Document Cloud on a browser like Chrome or Firefox or Safari and check.

    If you experience any issue after updating Adobe Reader, please remove Adobe Reader using Acrobat cleaner tool Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

    Reboot the machine and install Adobe Reader from Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution Sign-in with your current Adobe ID and try signing the PDF.

    Are you on a Mac or Windows machine and what is the version?

    Are you not able to sign all the PDF files or is it specific to one PDF?
