Fill & Sign text is misaligned in landscape forms

The text is in the right areas while using the fill & sign tool but when returning back to the document the positions and size are altered to be very out of place. Seems to only happen in landscape, it's fine in portrait mode. Any ideas how to fix this please? Thanks.

1. Version of your Reader. Go to Help > About Acrobat Reader DC.

2. Version of your Operating System(Win/Mac).

3. The device on which you are working.

4. If possible, could you please share a snapshot/video of the problem.
