Font thickness in acrobat reader DC

I found that the font display in acrobat reader DC is very thin.  Is there anyway to make the letters thick?  Please see the attachment.  Thanks in advance.

You can change the view settings under [Edit] > [Preferences] > [Page Display] > [Rendering]. However, it's not said, that the result will be the same as in Foxit.

There is no change in the font display even after tinkering with rendering options.

Well, maybe Foxit renders it too fat in general. Try other PDF viewers for doublechecking.
