Hi. I had a PDF to sign for work from home. The Acrobat Reader DC I have had for years on my Mac said I needed to sign up for a premium service (I have forgotten the name), and that after a 7-day free trial, I would be billed directly using my account on the Google Play Store. But now I can find nothing in my Google Play account saying that I have a free trial or indicating how to cancel before the billed service kicks in. Can somebody tell where to find that?

I clicked on SEND too soon before. Sorry.

I'm almost as puzzled as you. Were you on your Mac when this happened, yet it took you to the Google Play store - which isn't used for Mac apps? Are you sure it wasn't Adobe you signed up with directly? Look in your Adobe account http://account.adobe.com/

Thank you very much for your reply. I am not a computer genius. The only thing I can think of is that my Adobe account uses my account on GMAIL as login. I am absolutely certain that I was supposed to be getting a one-week freel trial, after which I would be billed. I have had a number of free trials on phone apps which showed up in my PLAYSTORE profile in the "SUBSCRIPTIONS" section. It was not really a suprise when the PLAYSTORE opened on my computer jsut after I clicked on the ADOBE free trial. So far, I am seeing no current subscriptions in the GOOGLE PLAY ACCOUNT. I also have a reply from an ADOBE COMMUNITY PROFESSIONAL announcing that all PDF services are free until May 31, so I have decided to think about this all later.

"We are making our web-based PDF services on Adobe.com free through May 31, 2020. We hope the ability to create and share documents will help customers."
