free version of reader DC will not open after installation on Win 10 platform

acrobat reader dc will not load after installation.  I've disabled Norton 360, uninstalled reader DC and reinstalled several time.  Will not open no matter what I do.  Help please.

As mentioned above that application isn't launching even after uninstalling and reinstalling. Then you may follow the troubleshooting steps mentioned below-

Close all the Acrobat processes running in the background.

Right click on the Adobe Reader and "Run as Admin"

Still no success. then try the troubleshooting steps suggested in help document- Troubleshoot errors, freezes | Adobe Reader | Windows

And also try in the hidden administrator account.

Let us know if it still doesn't work.
