I have a recruitmen client that is looking for me to design application forms that are GDPR complacency any ideas or info would be great

It’s not really the form design that is relevant (though proportionate collection of information may be). It’s what happens to the data. How is it protected in the back end? How do you communicate with it (for example emailing a form or any personal info is a complete red flag)? What country is it held in and what state organisations have access? Who can access stuff and how is it audited? How is the right to your own info implemented? How is the right to deletion inplemented and how does this interface with the need to back up? And much more. I imagine there will be many consultants involved.
