get error 150330 when trying to install Adobe Acrobat Reader DC on Windows 10

I have removed all previous versions of Adobe Acrobat and even ran Adobe's cleaner app (AdobeAcroCleaner_DC2015 as sell as AdbeArCleaner_v2).

Still get the message that Setup was interrupted before Adobe Acrobat Reader DC could be completely installed.  Error Code 150330 when installing from the distribution file AcroRdrDC1901220036_en_US.exe.

This happens right after I click on the Acrobat setup file.

I did a Google search and there are supposed to be 2 posts on this forum but when I do the search in the forum, there is nothing about 150330.

Please install using .msi version of the installer - AcroRdrDC1500720033_en_US.msi

from

ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/AcrobatDC/1500720033/

After installer finishes start Reader, accept EULA, go to Help\Check for updates menu and install latest updates.

Perfect, thanks for the link Leo, it worked like a charm! (one comment in case others click on the link, the colon after the first ftp shows up in the link name but is missing from the link text, so use ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/win/AcrobatDC/1500720033/)

With new Forum version it is a chellenge to insert ftp link. Thanks for the note.

Also, try Help\Check for updates menu again after updates are installed until you get "No updates available" from Updater.
