Getting Error while opening the PDF file.

From past few days I am getting issue regarding opening some pdf files as the files are not getting opened and it is showing ERROR CODE 0XC0000428. The screen is also getting blanked. I have tried to reboot the system and then open the file as well but that not happened. I need to fix ERROR CODE 0XC0000428 so I can read the file. Please suggest me the way I can do that.

Sorry for the delay in response.

Which version of Adobe Reader you are working on? Since you have mentioned that this error appears while opening some of the PDFs, so is there any changes that you made to your system(like installing update, upgrading window)?

That reference link you have shared above refers the possibilities of this error. As mentioned, do you have these pdf files digitally signed already? Can you try to open a regular PDF that just contains real text in it.

As workaround you may check the application's update. Open Adobe Reader>Help>Check for Update

Or install it through- DC Release Notes — Release Notes for Acrobat DC Products
