Group Policy ADMX Files

I am unable to download the ADMX files. Are these files a free download or only for paid subscriptions. The problem may be on our Proxy since we keep things locked down fairly tight.

The FTP link is valid. But most browsers now block FTP, so you can't just click on it. Use a dedicated FTP client. (This changed since the previous reply).
